The Wiki page provides an up-to-date list of more than 60 fungal genomes that are in production or released.

We have made NT, Protein, and CDS sequences and the GFF for these gene annotations available at the Data site. Please bear in mind this may not be the most recent version of the genome annotation or assembly and may also have been subjected to additional post-processing to remove alternative splice forms or cleanup annotations. Please contact Jason if these you need clarification as the sequence sources should be cited – I have tried to make these available in the wiki page.
